In line with the Law on the Crime of Sexual Violence (UU TPKS), the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology adopted Regulation No. 46/2023 on the prevention and handling of violence in educational institutions. Similarly, the Ministry of Religious Affairs issued Regulation No. 73/2022 and Decree No. 83/2023, establishing specific guidelines for addressing sexual violence in religious educational settings. These measures aim to strengthen reporting mechanisms and enhance the protection of students and staff.
